マンガ家さんとアシスタントさんと has several primary qualities: comedy, slice of life, seinen

マンガ家has a really good combination of qualities that make it great for learning from. While this manga is a bit much for beginners, it's perfect for those with some experience. The fact that this manga is seinen means that it's aimed at an older audience, and therefore has some more difficult language. With that said, the manga has furigana, which means it's quite easy to look words up and keep moving. The comedy in this series is great and isn't hard to understand. The slice of life element of this series is a bit more complex than with other titles, as the characters all work in the manga industry.

Plot: The main character of the series is Aito, who writes/draws manga. The series is largely about Aito being an idiot and irritating everyone around him, but at the same time making them want to help him out. The content of the series is hilarious and the art (particularly the characters' expressions) amplifies the hilarity.

In Summary, this series is a great comedy for those looking for more of a challenge. The comedy is easier to understand than in some series and the presence of furigana will help immensely with looking words up. If you're looking for a good comedy series to try, then this is the manga for you.
